Refund Policy for Sekelboer

At Sekelboer, we are committed to providing high-quality eyewear and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we aim to make our return process as smooth as possible. Please read our refund policy below:


๐Ÿ•ถ๏ธ 1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within [7 days] of receiving your order, provided:

  1. The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  2. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
  3. The product is not part of our non-returnable items list (e.g., custom or clearance items).

โš ๏ธ 2. Defective or Incorrect Products

We stand by the quality of our sunglasses. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Note: We may request clear photos to assess the issue before proceeding with the return.


๐Ÿ’ณ 3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [14 business days] after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

A 20% handling fee will be applied to returns initiated due to customer error, incorrect size or change of mind. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  2. The request is made within [7 days] of receiving the product.
  3. If the new item chosen is of lesser value, no credit or refund will be issued for the price difference.
  4. If the new item chosen is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference in price before the exchange is processed.

A 20% handling fee applies to exchanges made due to customer error, wrong size or preference.

The customer will be liable for shipping cost in return aswell as shipping back to the customer.

The customer is welcome to use his/her own courier service.

Please note: Exchanges are not available for items that show signs of wear, tampering, or damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return safely.

At Sekelboer Sunglasses, we prioritize creating a safe and respectful environment for both our customers and team. We value all feedback and are always open to resolving concerns professionally.

However, we reserve the right to:

Decline non-mandatory services (e.g., goodwill exchanges) if a customer engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.

Report and seek legal aid in the event of false, defamatory, or malicious reviews that do not reflect genuine experiences with our products or services.

No Refunds can be given on E-Gift Cards.
